I was happy with the overall service and communication. The driver was very courteous and accommodating.

North American kept me updated and informed about any information or changes. I was very satisfied with the communication.

I thought they did a really nice job. Communicated well. The driver said he would be here between 8&9, he arrived at 8.

From the 1st guy that came to the house to the all girls in the office & the driver Danny a& his helper as fantastic.

There were some discrepancies regarding the timeline of when I would be contacted by the coordinator. The crew however, was very professional, helpful and nice.

The first guy that did the estimate was much more thorough. Two other people came, and he responded in a timely manner. The driver and crew were courteous and good with loading and unloading.

We were really happy with Jerome Jefferson, he was very courteous, helpful, and polite. And the crew was really nice.

The courtesy and the friendly manner of the crew. I had a change of address at the end of the move and they accommodated that.

The driver was fantastic, experienced, professional, and a great driver overall. It was really great because of the driver, he made the whole experience. I had two different crews.

10 is a pretty high rating. The crew was always polite, respectful and kind. They knew what they were doing and when I told them what they should be doing they handled me very well. They sent a second packing company for two items and that was done beautifully.

I used someone else before and we had alot of issues. It was a different experience with them. The way the handle the furn was phonenimal.

The level of service I received. The communication was excellent. Every time I called my question was answered. The overall service was good.

The professionalism, they were very nice and the move was as smooth as it could possibly be. We moved a Jacuzzi and they did an excellent job with it. I would do a commercial for you guys. We live in a rural area, we felt like a team.

They were easy to work with. We were on the phone daily and they help coordinate with my daddy on the other end.

I like how quickly my items were loaded onto the truck, the care in which my items were handled and I like the conversations I had with everyone involved with my move. My items will be delivered Monday, 12/02/13. I was told my car will be delivered today but I have no idea who picked it up or where it is. The driver said he will be bringing it. I signed some papers.

The care and skill of the driver and the crew between them and their professionalism. I would suggest the driver to ppl. They had good communication. The driver and the person working with him were fabulous ppl.

North American was cheaper than United Van Line. United Van Line was less professional. North American was professional. I was satisfied with the whole experience. I was impressed with the way the guys handled and put my things into the truck. They packed everything carefully.

Overall, they were very personable and talked to me like I was really there. The people who did the packing and loading, as well as the driver and the people who did the unloading, were great.

They were fabulous from the beginning to the end. They were very efficient, did the things they said they were going to do and I was satisfied.

The men who came were extremely courteous and they called me before they came. My furniture was in storage and North American moved me and Arnuoff drivers stated that I had to pay the max which was over $4000.00. I want to know is that true.

I thought that they were very professional and did a good job. They were on time to pick up and deliver.

Overall, the delivery was on time, the workers were up-front about the whole process, and the price was excellent.

The teams did a very good job, reasonable price, on time, best customer service and would like the same guys to be there next time. Only that the storage items be boxed separately.

The overall price of the move. The area that I am working in people usually have to pay out of their pockets but due to coming into some money I was able to pay for it.

The del tm & crew was so nice. I enjoyed and got to know the del tm & crew. The crew & del tm unpacked & transported my goods the entire way. I liked that I was able to use the same ppl for my del.

North American's overall performance. It was outstanding. The whole move was easy. The only thing I can say is it's a little expensive.

NAVL was good and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend them. The crew showed up time and they did what we asked them to do.

The crew was wonderful and very polite. The driver's pick up and del was top shelf. They were very considerate. The driver's name was Norm and I'll recommend them to anybody.

The punctuality, they explained thing, and they treated my things as if it was their own. The overall care for packing my belongings was good.

Everybody was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The crew was early to pack my belongings.

The installers were very nice and talked to me with respect. They answered yes maam and no maam. I would love to have the same people come back if we move again.

The misrepresentation of cost. By the time the cost became clear there was no changing. They underestimated the weight quite a bit. The estimate was off by %90. If I knew I would have used someone else. $10,000, the final cost was $ 19000. The packers were terrific. They had to hire a Uhaul to shuttle things 70 yards that was $150

The movers were very good and punctual; they handled everything with great care, and they were very courteous.

The drivers were very courteous and the local crew was excellent. The local agent is why I chose to move with North American.

They were absolutely fantastic, this was the first time I used a moving company. We usually use friends and family. This was the smoothest move I've ever done.

They did a great job. Everyone was professional, they showed great care and a lot of optimism. The unloading had to be done over two days but I would say that was a small issue.
