Our movers moved our neighbors, and we liked the way the movers performed. We would use these movers again.

They did what they promised, easy to work with, pleasant, and they took care of the fragile items well. The packers are from Andy's in CA ad they did a great job. Manuel was great.

The friendliness of all the representatives I spoke to, influenced my rating. Everybody that I communicated with was very responsive to me and followed-up with me by email and by telephone.

The company had good staff, and everyone dealing with the move was good and professional. They kept everything professional. I felt like I should have known what day the movers will be getting there. When the movers got here they knew we were on the 3rd floor, I was surprised that the mover got my things up the stairs.

The driver was very polite, timely, and down to earth . They were very very professional and easy to talk to.

They were courteous, understanding, and whenever I asked them to do something they did it. They went above and beyond to help me. They knocked a hole in one of the walls. I have a missing item.

We worked with North American before and we used them twice. We had the same agency and driver for the second time.

The overall experience from the guy that came out to estimate to the people picking it up and delivering it.

The movers did a really good job, excellent. I was very satis with their work & we were very happy with them.

There was transparency throughout the process. The movers were timely in picking up and delivering my items. My things were properly taken care of.

The friendliness of the crew and the quality in which they packed my goods. Nothing has been delivered because my items went into storage.

They underestimated the amount of stuff we had. And it messed up our time line. We had a deadline to be in New York. The loading time was off, it took 2days instead of one day.

I was happy with the timing, they were very efficient, they worked hard. I was amazed with their service.

The reps were prompt and professional. Justin got in contact with us and was very attentive and the crews were great.

The overall experience. We have used United in the past, but was surprised with the level of satisfaction from North American Van Lines.

The overall performance was good. I was amazed w/ the how fast the crew worked and everything was done in good time.

How I was treated by everyone. This is the 5th or 6th move with North American and I will never go to any other company.

The movers who came to do the move handled all my belongings with care. They did a really excellent job in moving my items from my old apartment to my new apartment.

We are planning to use them again. What most influenced me was that it was professional, timely, packed as said and del as said. The del team was professional, well informed and it was great.

Personalities of the guys and their professionalism. Mike, Mark and Sheldon are a very good group. This is the best move we have had. Christie was good too.

The move was pretty good with a peace of mind. Everything was in order and the driver and crew was professional.

The price was less than the estimate. The driver treated my items as they were his own. There was someone to communicate with when I had questions.

The care that was shown to my goods and the communication with the rep and the driver was all good. I had a specific move week and we hoped to move a little sooner but it's minor. We asked for the del on Sun and they were able to del on Sat. They crew did take care of our special items.

The packing was handled well and everyone made sure that everything went ok. It went smoother. We had some antiques that was unloaded and loaded in a safe manner.

The overall things that were done, like packing the truck and making sure that everything was covered, including the glass that was on the desk. These aspects of the move most influenced my rating.

We had good experience and every portion of the process was smooth. The movers were extremely professional and they delivered my things with good care.

There were just very good. They were very courteous, very polite , on time and very careful with everything. They were great.

The extreme professionalism of everyone involved. One crew member quit and North American was able to replace him and they handled it well.

I thought from the coordination, the driver and his crew, and the follow up. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful.

I liked everything about the move the sales person and people were very nice and very helpful. The sales person and coordinator was the same person because a coordinator was supposed to get in touch with us but never did so we called the salesperson alot.

They were very prompt with me and I needed this to be done quickly. It was a delivery for my daughter and my daughter was extremely satisfied.

They had great attitudes, they took care of our belongings & they were there when they said they would be there.

Their ability and that they chose to work with us on a Sunday delivery. The driver was really awesome. He did a great job. The crew did a wonderful job and I've already recommended them to several people.

I used a local company and I have dealt with North American before. I saw familiar faces that I could count on.

It took a lot of time b/f they could answer my questions. This caused delays & dates to be moved back. I wasted a lot of time on this.

The guys walked me through the process, I felt comfortable, they kept in contact with me. The process was very easy.

I would recommend them. We had an issue where they marked up a carpet. The company calls me several times and leave me no message, I suggest they leave a message and statethe reason they are calling.

I liked the overall experience; everything was great from start to finish. The 2 movers were excellent. The packers did a good job packing our glass.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. They were great, terrific and I was satisfied.

The customer service and skill of the driver's crew. The packing was split 50/50 between the local agents crew and the driver's crew.

The staff, movers, and everybody else was courteous and did a good job. We had a steep drive way and the mover worked with it.

I had a very small window of when I would be in town and they accommodate me with that. They got here a lot faster. The drivers were so nice. They wanted to make sure everything was in the right place They did a great job with the special requests. I had a bronze statue, a really pretty dining room table, and a big mirror. Everything came out really well.

Everyone was very helpful. The guy who came to do the walk-through, John, was great. Chris was in charge of the packing and he was great as well. Everyone was awesome and I was very pleased.

The guys that moved my furniture were professional and did everything perfect. I would recommend that crew to anyone.

Just the professionalism and the respect and the quality of the work, these guys were so strong, and they were so respectful. Ray and Kyle, and Rob were the strongest men I ever met, they really stand out.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

I had to call them in the beginning, they gave me the quote & they told me I would hear from them ina 24 hr period. I made a few calls to them but I do think they should of called me. Once everything was coordinated & the move started the communication & move was excellent.

They were great with me. The communication was great durning the drop off and pick up. They were grat working with. I only had a few small braken items and I was the one who packed them.

I've had North American Van Lines in the past. They have always shown great care for my items. This time they showed the same care for my belongings. It was good.

This is the first time I actually moved like this. Everything went smoothly and was handled professionally.

I had to make some phone call 1st to get info. There 1 week window for the del and they del it the last day, which worked out. I was contacted about my del after I made the 1st call.

The coordination in the beginning with the rep who came to my home and the office rep. The office rep took a while to get back to me.

The care w/ which local agent took packing all of my goods, loading & than delivering my goods. I've done a lot of moves over the yrs, this was the best most professional move I've every experienced. I'll be writing a review on Angie's List.

I have already told some people. It is fantastic Iam only here temporary. It will be moving again I will be using North American. The guys were nice and terrific and great. The number one guy was Mike he was the best.
